I came across the fact that in this topic, a plugin for reading metadata from an FB3 file in Calibre version 9.11 gives an error when trying to install it manually. I had to make the following changes to it so that it could be installed without any problems.
In the modified version, the lines that Calibre version 9.11 swore at were deleted. I checked the plugin to that the FB3 file was added to the library without any problems and thanks to another plugin from another theme, it was converted to a different format.
Usage:
There is no setup or special usage for this plugin. Once installed, restart calibre and the plugin will automatically be invoked when required.
Installation Directions
Download the attached zip file and install the plugin manually, then restart calibre as described in the Introduction to Plugins thread.
