Serious problem with Calibre metadata.db

Recently I rewired my sata cables and it cause new assignements in the drives letter. Then I found the error below. So I use a tool to rename the drive letters and rename the drive exactly as its original drive E: and reboot the machine. There's no fix.. there's the same message:

When I try to open a book it appears an error window that shows:

WindowsError: [Error -2147221003] Application not found: u'E:\\Biblioteca Marcvit 2015\\Sriram Srinivasan\\Advanced Perl Programming (13093)\\Advanced Perl Programming - Sriram Srinivasan.pdf'


and in the inner window:
