Horrible Amazon customer service.

Before I send this off to Jeff Bezos, I wonder if anyone sees anything wrong in what I've written. Either not easy to understand, grammatical problems or anything else. I bought an LG G6 so it's not a cheap phone. I might have given up if it wasn't expensive. It just wouldn't be worth it. Although at this point I don't even want the damn phone anymore.

Here's what I will email to Bezos.

Mr. Bezos,

I have been a prime member for decades and spent a lot of money over the years. I would have expected better treatment and problem resolution. At each point of CS contact with the problem not resolved, there has been a different CS rep which may have made things more difficult. Is there anywhere each rep can look to see what has happened each step along the way?

Here are my problems with Amazon recently.

1. I purchased a phone on prime day and was sent the wrong model. I call CS and not only am I sent the wrong phone again, I am charged for the replacement at the current price. I have now been charged twice for the phone, once at $75 more than my original price. Why was I charged twice?

4. I get the amount refunded for the replacement, but no word about the original problem. How does something like this happen in the first place?

2. I inquire by email about the state of the investigation, and the CS rep replied that I could purchase the phone from a different seller. So the reply suggests I spend $100 more than I paid on my original purchase to get the correct model from a different seller? At this point I had not been refunded the original purchase price, so I was to be charged twice again? This answer is just mind blowing. Other suppliers were also sending the wrong phone, so this is not a resolution to me. Also it was Amazon that twice sent me the wrong phone, so I would have expected an Amazon solution, not a third party.

3. I replied to the suggestion to purchase from another seller and I received a response saying "We work hard to find the best prices out there and make sure our prices are as low or lower changing our prices instantly if we find a lower offer somewhere else. Therefore, we dont offer post-purchase adjustments". What price adjustments have to with receiving the wrong phone twice and being charged twice for it, I have no idea.

5. I was promised a $5 credit because of the problem, but received $5 refer-a-friend App credit.* I cannot use this.* Please remove this credit from my account and give me what I was supposed to get.

6. I am refunded my original purchase, but still no word about the original problem. At this point I don't have much faith in the problems being resolved.
