C67ML Carta2+ update?

Tried searching and reading a bit, didn't find any conclusion to this question:

For my new C67ML Carta2+, currently running OS build 1.8.2 2017-04-26_17-50 ... Should I just stick with OTA for checking for updates?
(Currently the check for cloud updates reports: "Server no action")

Or should I check some site for new packages for manual download/install?

(Reading a user manual I found for C67ML, it claims OTA will only work in certain areas/countries. I live in Norway, Europe.)
