Onyx Boox C67ml suddenly frozen and no led charging light

Hi everyone, my c67ml carta2+ suddenly frozen without any charging light at all.

It seems like it was dead completely.

It was syncing Ankidroid while being charged at that time.

Anyone can shed light on this situation?
