A request from an avid reader

Dear Author,

I know that Amazon has been paying you per page read, however it is more than frustrating to open a book and see that it has been formatted so that there is line spacing of 150 to 200% in addition to extra spacing between paragraphs.

I cannot read and get into a book if I have to keep "turning the page" every other paragraph.
