CBZ-reader with TOC and continuous scrolling

Does someone know a good CBZ-reader that generates the TOC based on the folder structure or can read ComicInfo.xml AND has continuous scrolling for webcomics?

I've gone through a bunch and I haven't found one that has both.
It's a bit shocking to be honest, as I would think both functions are sought after by readers.

I do not wish to use Komga or Kavita. I want a simple windows desktop application that I can use to view my CBZ files.
