Viewer Menu Buttons no longer have borders.

Just updated to 9.10.

When I opened the view to read a book, when I opened the viewer menu, ("Esc" or "right mouse button") the boxes around the buttons have gone. Now I just have text floating on a white background.

Now maybe my eyes are just getting worse, (yeah I am that old) but I could have sworn there used to be more distinct outlines around the buttons. When I first saw the new viewer I could not see them, but having taken the screenshot attached I can faintly see the now, and putting my face 8 inches from the screen I can see them in the viewer.


Is there some setting in the preferences I can adjust to make the borders around the buttons more visible?
