K4 Mac or PC Windows Pro 11, kindle 1.17, adding the new certificate

the certificate of kindle 1.17 is obsolete.

We must add the new certificat
VeriSign_Class_3_Public_Primary_Certification_Auth ority_-_G5.crt

How to add this certificate in Windows 11 ?

I tried to add it in personal certificate or in computer certificate with mmc.

Kindle does not take care of it. I can't register to amazon.

With Linux
we add the b204d74a.0 certificate in /usr/share/pki/trust/anchors/
then we run the command
update-ca-certificates

in Windows 11, is there some sort of "update-ca-certificates" ?
