Windows 11 has prompted me twice to submit ipc_result_1_1_97qof0rw.pickle for review

held in C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Temp\calibre-vtz0byt5

Is this something I should submit? Something I should be concerned with? Do you need a lot more information to know?
