Thickness of Scroll Bars

Good day all, as explained in other parts of the forums, Calibre is not up to date for windows tablet finger scrolling etc.

I would find useful the possibility to increase vertical scroll bars thickness in order to facilitate up/down scrolling; my fingers are too big unfortunately :):)
