Chinese TTS (Text-to-Speech) support

hi,

I've 'Cool Reader' ebook reader apps installed on my android phone. I tried TTS with different ebooks and found the Chinese (mandarin) TTS support is very poor and distorted, the apps use default Google TTS engine.

Is there a way to gain better chinese TTS support on android e-reader?
