Custom Columns Plugin?

:help:I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this, but...

I want to create a custom column with the Type hyperlink. I want it to be a true, clickable link to the book online, i.e. Kindle, Standard eBooks, Smashwords, etc.

Since I think I am in the wrong place, please direct me to the right one.
