Cannot load Calibre App

Windows 11. Never had this issue before. I click on the installed app and..... nothing happens. No processes loaded. Have tried older install and still the same. Paused anti Virus etc. I've had Calibre since version 1 and never been faced with this.

Any ideas for trouble shooting?
