N647 Kobo Wifi assistance

Hello all, my kobo is stuck on the loading screen even when i power it off (its not showing the standard powered off screen). On top of that it is stuck on the loading screen and does not transition over to the proper display. I was wondering if anyone had an image and/or a guide to follow to troubleshoot or re-install the image as i think it is corrupted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
