New Here! Issues with My Kobo Touch N905B

I’m new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I’m an avid reader who loves using my Kobo Reader Touch N905B. Unfortunately, I’m currently facing an issue—my device has a blank screen and sometimes shows a flashing green or blue light.

Can I download an SD card image and firmware upgrade for the Kobo Reader to fix it?

I’m hoping to get some advice on troubleshooting this problem or any tips on how to revive my reader. I’d appreciate any help or guidance you can provide!
