Yes - cannot change the installation drive for 8.7. Worked fine for 8.5

I have a drive and folder specified for download which has plenty of space. But the installer goes to select C:\ by default and tells me there is insufficient space. I am unable to select or move the highlight to D:\ for correct installation. Is there an actual support engineer who can weigh in here? Thanks very much.
