Suddenly, for no apparent reason, Calibre pops up a dialog when I click on "Send to Device", asking me which format to transfer to my Kobo, even when there is only one choice. It used to transfer EPUB by default, or PDF if no EPUB were available, without all this fuss. How do I get back to this happy status quo ante?
