Hello from horsemouth

Hello all,

I hope this finds everyone well and enjoying their ereaders!

I have a Kobo N250 Aura H2O and am attempting to upgrade the battery and the internal Micro SD Card. Battery upgrade went ok, but I cannot successfully clone or image the original card to a new larger one on my Win 10 desktop, so I am hoping to find some answers here.

One question: Are my private messages already enabled, or do I have to request this from someone?
