Tolino Shine 4 repairable?

I purchased a defect Tolino Shine 4 in the hopes I could repair it myself. It seemed to have a broken MicroSD card, so I wanted to replace it. Unfortunately, I was being careless and likely short-circuited the logic board in the process. I accidentally touched the soldered points on the board with a metal tool, likely causing a short circuit (please see the attached picture; I touched the area labeled with D2 R2 D3, which is located in the top left corner of the device when looking at the uncovered back).

Now the device won't turn on at all and the LED doesn't light up when charging. (It still seems to charge though, according to a USB tester.)

Is there any chance of still fixing this?

If the board is not fixable, how can one find a replacement board?
