dropbear out of date and no longer works by default

I encountered a problem trying to ssh into my PW4 from my new Linux laptop as it kept prompting for a root password. I was able to diagnose the problem with the help of Grok as the fact that the dropbear used requires deprecated algorithms.

The USBNET package uses dropbear 2019.78 which uses SHA1 which has known vulnerabilities. Grok recommended an upgrade to 2022.83 or later as the appropriate solution.

I am working around this by adding a ssh configuration line to add the SHA1 protocol for now.

So when someone has the chance please update the USBNET package to a current version of dropbear.
