I know that the Kindle Colorsoft was riven with yellow and pink screen problems when it released, with multiple Reddit threads attesting to this. There were also problems with the PW6 screen, albeit not as bad. My PW6, which I bought last year, also has a yellow and pink screen. I was wondering if these issues had been resolved since then? For me, a screen more uniformly yellow in tone isn't a problem, but mine has a yellow band on the bottom half and pink blotches on the top half. Is it worth trading in for a replacement, or does the issue still stand? If I'm likely to get a similar result, then I won't bother.
