Im trying to return a Kobo Libra colour, I ordered one for my husband after I got mine but it has a yellow screen so he wants to return it I requested the RMA authorisation on the 26th of March and Im still waiting, that was the it day arrived. The order was the 21st of March. Is this normal, that Im still waiting?
Ive tried kobo customer care three times so far, twice by chat and once by phone, and Im getting nowhere Im just a bit worried that Im gonna end up having to keep it because I cant get it returned in the 45 days that Kobo allow me.
