Trouble with Setting Directory Defaults

I have been struggling for a few days now to apply the following to rakuyomi's downloads folder:

["/mnt/us/koreader/rakuyomi/downloads"] = {
["kopt_hw_dithering"] = 1,
["kopt_page_scroll"] = 0,
["kopt_sw_dithering"] = 0,
["normal_zoom_mode"] = "content",
["zoom_mode"] = "content",
},

I have also attached the complete file as an attachment to this post.

I have checked some older posts and a couple of discussions on Koreader's Github issues, but none of it has been helpful.
