Calibre 8.0 not starting on Mac M1

Hi kovidgoyal, congrats with version 8!

I would really like to upgrade, but this version won't start on my Mac M1. As soon as I click the icon, it bounces for a short time and then it quits.

If you need anything to troubleshoot let me know.
