Stop calibre generating covers on coverless books

I have a couple of cover-less books I want to transfer to my Kindle, but every time I hit "send to device", Calibre will automatically generate a cover, regardless if the book came without a cover or if I delete it on the "Device" tab.

Is there an option to disable this? I very much prefer Kindle's coverless cover than Calibre's generated covers.
