Calibre 7.24 not starting on Windows 11

Morning

I installed Calibre on my machine but it won't start up. The error I get is 'This application failed because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.'

Reinstalling didn't fix it, so I figured I'd ask here. Where do I locate this particular plugin?
