Corrupted Database with Calibre 2.75

Hi,
I installed Calibre 2.75 on my Windows laptop this evening.
After install I get a message from Calibre saying thant my database may be corrupted. Recovery failed. I uninstall callibre, but the problem occur again.
Howerver, when I install the version 2.74 again, the problem disappear.

Is there a reason why version 2.75 may have issue to recognize my Calibre database while version 2.74 is okay ?
