Plugin GitHub workflow

Has anyone considered creating (or already created) a GitHub Actions workflow script for plugin development with the following features?

1. Running automated tests
2. Creating a zip release and changelog
3. Updating the zip file in the forum thread (only if tests pass)

I already have simple tests if somebody is interested in :)
