Purchased a book from Kobo only to find out that Chapter 2 is replaced by an image of the title page.

However, looking in editor, the chapter is present but has a blue icon that I don't know the meaning of:

What do I do to turn the chapter back into a chapter? I've attached a scrambled copy for examination.
