Apparently my dog bit the kobo. The original case is chomped on. the device works but there's a few lines of whiteness on the side and the lower bottom has a black spot on the screen. I can still use it but I have to ask is there any way to fix this? Maybe a reset that's deep? I bought a new case but still she can find her way into things :-/
