Libra 2 Frozeen, dont respond to manual reset

Hi have a Kobo Libra 2 for 2 years.
One day It didnt respond. I long press the power button and it worked but slow.
Now it doesn't respond at all.

I chaged it and check the battery voltage and is charged (4.18V).

I connected to a Linux machine and it didnt mount the device and running `lsusb` I got `NXP Semiconductors SE Blank 6SLL`

It doesn't respond to long press power button (tested for a minute)
It doesn't respond to manual reset (page button and power button long press)

Do you know a way to fix it? restore the firmware, change uSD card, there are options to fix it, or assume it is dead?
