Looking at https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/con...rs-and-footers it seems to imply that headers or footers will be applied to every single page. But there are definitely pages -- e.g. such as the first chapter page where it's very redundant. Is it possilbe to selectively apply headers or footer templates to only particular section types? Perhaps using the javascript angle (I haven't been able to find a lot of info about how much control the javascript portion gives you).
