Hello! My wife's Kobo Libra Color wasn't used for a month or so, when she tried to use it yesterday, it was froze on the last book she read. I've tried to recharge it overnight, tried to plug it to my laptop, tried to reset (page turn + power 30s), nothing happens. I'm trying to speak with Kobo right now but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
