Is there a way to actually contact amazon CS? They seem to have buried contact us under a barrage of AI self help. When I finally get to a chat, its just an AI generated chat that ultimately just does a big do loop back to a menu of self help options. Very frustrating? Anyone know how to beat this and actually get a customer service rep?
