Run KOreader on Windows 10

I want to install this reader on Windows 10 but didn't see an option for it but then found this link: Install on Windows with WSL.

I never heard of WSL and after reading this page went ahead and installed WSL using the command prompt and That worked but before I continue, I was wondering if there is another way to get KOreader running or Windows 10? Or if anyone has gone this route using WSL? Or is there an easy tutorial for this (I'm not a Linux expert).
