Content Word wise in converted files

i am unable to use Word wise feature in Kindle after after fetching newspaper from calibre.

This feature is very important for me. and after some research i came to conclusion that it is available for some books for which it has been enabled by the developer. Below are some links i could find out on mobileread itself, about how it can be enabled.

Please please please look into it and provide me a solution for it.
