Hello, my name is Rob, new here.
My wife's Kobo Nia has a problem downloading e-books from the pc (Windows 10).

The Kobo Nia does connect with our pc, it says so on it’s screen, however the Nia is not shown among the disk drives in Windows device management.
So books cannot be downloaded from the pc.
I have done everything recommended by Kobo:

- other usb cable
- other usb on the pc
- Nia back to factory settings

Any suggestions?
