Customize the entry of "Edit Metadata Individually"

I would like to customize the entry of "Edit Metadata Individually"
For example by keeping only the "Tag" "Author" "Publisher" "Comment" fields
I searched (maybe badly), but I couldn't find it.
Is there a solution?
