Problem running Calibre

Hi
Updated Windows 10 and latest version of Calibre.
The problem has been around for several versions.
When I click on a book, the message "the database seems to be corrupted..." appears.
If I click on an icom to open the program, the same message.
The only way to open the program is to click on the calibre.exe file and "open as administrator".
I have already uninstalled and installed it and it continues. This is normal?
How to solve the problem?
