Can't launch Calibre

Suddenly when I click on Calibre from the Windows Start Menu, nothing happens. I have tried everything listed here:

including uninstalling, rebooting, disabling antivirus, removing the library, and installing various versions. Nothing has helped.

When I run calibre-debug.exe -g in a command window, I get this

I don't know if any of that means anything. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to get Calibre running again on my PC?
