Grabs metadata from the Kobo store

Note that Kobo seems to do a pretty bad job of tagging series properly - not much I can do about that :(

- Can grab title, author, synopsis, publisher, published date, series, and tags
- Can fetch high res cover art
- Blacklist tags / terms in the title
