How to define fonts to calibre when convert from pdf to html

Hello , How are you

we are converting pdf to pdf but we have a big issue with fonts in arabic language .

the text show in bad sorting
example : لمياء
output : ملياء

example : الاخلاق
output : االخااق


we thing the issue with the pdf font itself " fonts change word style " so OCR read the text in diffrent sorting

we found this parameters

--pdf-standard-font
--pdf-serif-font
--pdf-sans-font


but we don't know how to path multiple fonts to "ttf , otf files"
in ubuntu
