Windows Defender flags 2.71 calibre-file-dialog.exe

Folks,

I just updated to Calibre 2.71 on Windows 10, and Windows Defender flags calibre-file-dialog.exe as Trojan:Win32/Varpes.M!cl. I uploaded it to virusscan.jotti.org, and it was clean except for ClamAV that flagged it as PUA.Win.Packer.SetupExeSection-1.

Does anyone else see this? Any ideas?
