How can I create a new toggle?

The Onyx Boox allows us to customize the shortcut tile on the status bar. But I would wonder if I could add custom button on the bar?



I added Private DNS settings inside default Android setting page but the setting got trouble when you connect to the public wifi that requires you to login/agree their terms and conditions. So I would like to have a toggle button to turn off the private dns setting, login to the wifi and turn on the private dns (through the toggle shortcut)
