Calibre companion library

Hello,

Before installing and using Calibre companion, I read part of the user manual but one thing is not clear for me.

I use Calibre on my PC and Aldiko on my mobile device (Galaxy S7). Will Calibre companion create a "Calibre libary" on my mobile device in addition to my "Aldiko Library" of will it add ebooks to the Aldiko Library when synchonizing ?

In other words will I have duplicate ebook files both in Aldiko and Calibre companion on my mobile device ?
