my kindle doesnt read to me any more

im half way through a book
and the other night it optomised

now the book i was reading wont

i dont nean the screen navigation

i use the tap to start audio

its kindle fire 6 ? the white one which came out the same time as the kids kindles

( sorry if been posted before)

any ideas
