Touch Turning a 4 Year Old Touch into a Android Color Tablet??

I sold my Kobo Touch to a person today they Claim they are going to make it into a Color Tablet... Person said they got the information off internet.
I wondering HOW they plan to make it Color...hummm Considering it e-reader E-Ink!
