Aura H2O Do the (touch screens of) Kobo's fail often?

I was recharging my Aura H2O, when I noticed the touch screen was behaving erratically, it suddenly asked if there was water on the screen, while there wasn't. After it had recharged, I connected it to the PC, but the Aura didn't respond when I tried to tap Connect. I turned it off, and on again, but touch still didn't work. Neither did reset (the hole and paperclip way) do the trick. I then reset it 3 times to do a factory reset. It reinitialised, and touch was working at that moment, so tried to configure the Aura. However, after a couple of pages touch didn't respond anymore. Everything else seems to be working, but without touch the Aura isn't much use. Could this be a hardware fault, or is there something I can do to fix this?

I could get the Aura One, I'd love to have an even bigger screen. But, could this happen again? Do the touch screens of Kobo's fail often? Or develop other hardware faults for that matter?

Thanks!
