manual MOON+ position sync, need help

As normal sync doesn't seem to work in my case (using latest pro)
i was wondering how to make a manual sync

i use dropbox sync to upload new books to the different devices so i was thinking about doing the same with the file that kept the reading positions

any ideas what i'm looking for for sync?
